博雅（香港）文体艺术学会（BCAAS）于2019年在香港特别行政区正式注册成立，是一个聚焦文化艺术、体育运动与人文教育领域的非营利性专业学术组织。学会秉承"博学、雅正、融通"的核心理念，致力于为该领域的研究者、教育者、创作者和从业者搭建一个集学术评价、人才认证、课题支持和成果展示于一体的综合性平台。Boya (HongKong) Culture, Athletics & Arts Society (BCAAS) was officially registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2019. It is a non-profit professional academic organization focused on culture, arts, athletics, and humanities education. Guided by the principles of broad learning, integrity, and integration, BCAAS provides researchers, educators, creators, and practitioners with an integrated platform for academic evaluation, talent certification, project support, and achievement presentation.
经过六年的稳健发展，学会已构建起覆盖会员认证、课题研究、成果评审、行业奖项和专家智库五大核心板块的完整服务体系，会员和合作机构遍布亚太地区十余个国家和地区。After six years of steady development, BCAAS has built a complete service system covering five core areas: membership certification, research projects, achievement review, professional awards, and an expert advisory network. Its members and partner organizations now span more than ten countries and regions across Asia-Pacific.

设立荣誉会员、正式会员和预备会员三级会员体系，以严格的评审标准和专业的认证流程，为从业者的学术能力和专业水平提供权威背书。BCAAS maintains a three-tier membership system of Honorary Member, Full Member, and Associate Member, using rigorous review standards and professional certification procedures to endorse academic ability and professional standing.
年度旗舰评选活动，设文化研究卓越奖、艺术创作成就奖、体育学术贡献奖、文体教育创新奖和青年新锐奖五大类别，全面覆盖各细分领域。The annual flagship selection program covers five categories: Cultural Research Excellence Award, Artistic Creation Achievement Award, Sports Academic Contribution Award, Culture-Athletics Education Innovation Award, and Emerging Young Talent Award.
博雅艺体创研中心每年面向全体会员开放课题申报，设重点课题和一般课题两个层级，同时常年受理多种形式的学术成果评审。The BCAAS Creative Research Center opens annual project applications to all members, with both key and general project tracks, and accepts multiple forms of academic achievement review throughout the year.
专家顾问委员会汇聚文化艺术界、体育学术界和教育领域的资深专家学者，设高级顾问、研究员和特聘专家三类职务。The Expert Advisory Committee brings together senior specialists and scholars in culture, arts, sports scholarship, and education, with three appointment types: Senior Advisor, Research Fellow, and Distinguished Expert.
面向35岁以下的青年文体艺术从业者，提供课题优先立项、导师配对、成果推荐和展示平台等专项支持。青年力量是文体艺术领域持续创新和繁荣发展的根本动力。Designed for young culture, athletics, and arts practitioners under 35, the program provides priority project opportunities, mentor matching, achievement recommendations, and presentation platforms. Young talent is a fundamental force for sustained innovation and growth in the field.
