为保持会员档案准确并便于后续活动通知、课题联系和证书信息核验，博雅（香港）文体艺术学会将开展2026年下半年会员资料集中更新工作。具体安排如下。
一、更新时间
2026年7月10日至2026年8月31日。
二、更新范围
联系方式、所在地区、主要职务或学术身份、专业领域、个人简介及是否同意在官网公开展示。没有变化的会员也可回复确认现有资料继续有效。
三、提交方式
请将需要更新的内容发送至 contact@bcaas.org.cn，邮件主题注明“会员资料更新+姓名”。涉及证书姓名或身份信息变更的，请同时提供必要的核对材料。
四、资料使用
更新资料仅用于会员档案、学会联系和经本人同意的官网展示。学会将按隐私政策处理未公开信息。

To keep membership records accurate and support activity notices, research communication, and certificate verification, Boya (HongKong) Culture, Athletics & Arts Society will conduct a membership record update for the second half of 2026.
I. Update Period
July 10 to August 31, 2026.
II. Information Covered
Contact details, location, principal role or academic identity, professional field, biography, and consent for public display on the official website. Members with no changes may confirm that their current record remains valid.
III. Submission
Please send updated information to contact@bcaas.org.cn with the subject “Membership Record Update + Name.” Changes involving the name shown on a certificate or identity information should include the materials necessary for verification.
IV. Use of Information
Updated information will be used only for membership records, Society communication, and website display authorized by the member. Non-public information will be handled under the Privacy Policy.
