The BCAAS Exhibition Center has completed the structured organization of its first group of online exhibitions, artists, and participating artworks. The work follows a three-level relationship of exhibition project, participating artist, and artwork record, allowing visitors to enter through a curatorial theme or follow an artist's participation history and related works.

Building Connected Exhibition Records

The first group covers painting, fiber, ceramics, imagery, installation, arts education, and sports culture practice. Each artwork record includes title, artist, medium, year, dimensions, category, exhibition context, and statement. Exhibition records add the curatorial theme, dates, status, and links to participating works.

Improving the Online Viewing Experience

The Exhibition Center homepage presents selected works through an immersive digital gallery. Visitors can click a work directly to open its record. List pages retain complete browsing and pagination functions, giving visual experience and archival consultation their own clear entrances rather than reducing the exhibition to an ordinary article list.

Creating an Ongoing Update Process

Future exhibitions and artworks will be entered through the CMS with synchronized Chinese and English titles, summaries, and full text. The Exhibition Center will also add detail images, process materials, curatorial notes, and related research so that each exhibition can remain as a complete digital archive after its closing date.

The Center will continue to accept presentation materials related to culture, arts, sports imagery, and interdisciplinary practice that align with the Society's mission. Current requirements will be published under Society Updates.
