专家顾问委员会是博雅（香港）文体艺术学会设立的独立运作高端智库平台，成立于2021年3月。委员会汇聚文化艺术界、体育学术界和教育领域的资深专家学者，为学会的学术方向、人才培养和行业发展提供高水平的智力支持。The Expert Advisory Committee is an independently operated high-end think tank platform established by the Boya (HongKong) Culture, Athletics & Arts Society. It was established in March 2021. The committee brings together senior experts and scholars from the cultural and artistic circles, sports academic circles and education fields to provide high-level intellectual support for the academic direction, talent training and industry development of the society.
专家顾问委员会独立于学会的日常行政管理，专注于学术指导、人才评审和行业咨询三大核心职能。委员会成员不参与学会的具体行政事务，确保其学术判断的独立性和客观性。The Expert Advisory Committee is independent of the daily administrative management of the society and focuses on the three core functions of academic guidance, talent review and industry consulting. Committee members do not participate in the specific administrative affairs of the society to ensure the independence and objectivity of their academic judgments.
为学会的学术发展方向提供战略性咨询意见，指导课题研究的重点领域和前沿方向Provide strategic advice on the academic development direction of the society and guide the key areas and cutting-edge directions of subject research
参与荣誉会员评议、正式会员专业评审、课题立项和结题评审等专业评审工作Participate in professional review work such as honorary member review, formal member professional review, project establishment and project conclusion review, etc.
为学会的行业报告、政策建议和发展规划提供专业咨询Provide professional consultation for the society’s industry reports, policy recommendations and development plans
推荐优秀的研究人才、青年从业者加入学会或参与各项学术活动Recommend outstanding research talents and young practitioners to join the society or participate in various academic activities

自2021年成立以来，专家顾问委员会已累计聘任数十位海内外知名专家学者，为学会的学术发展和人才培育提供了不可替代的支持。委员会成员的学术视野和行业经验，是学会持续提升学术水平和专业公信力的重要保障。Since its establishment in 2021, the Expert Advisory Committee has hired dozens of well-known experts and scholars at home and abroad, providing irreplaceable support for the academic development and talent cultivation of the society. The academic vision and industry experience of the committee members are an important guarantee for the society to continue to improve its academic level and professional credibility.

高级顾问由会务委员会邀请，不接受个人申请。Senior consultants are invited by the conference committee and individual applications are not accepted.

秘书处在收到材料后十五个工作日内完成初审The Secretariat will complete the preliminary review within fifteen working days after receiving the materials.
初审通过者进入学术委员会评议环节Those who pass the preliminary review will enter the academic committee review process
学术委员会评议通过后，报会务委员会审批After approval by the Academic Committee, it will be submitted to the Conference Committee for approval.
审批通过后颁发聘书，正式成为专家顾问委员会成员After approval, a letter of appointment will be issued and you will officially become a member of the Expert Advisory Committee.
