为持续完善博雅线上展览中心的展览档案、艺术家名录和参展作品库，现面向符合学会定位的文化艺术、体育影像、艺术教育与跨领域实践征集作品及项目资料。
一、征集方向
绘画、纤维、陶艺、影像、摄影、装置、公共艺术、体育文化记录、艺术教育项目及其他具有明确创作与研究价值的跨领域实践。
二、提交内容
作品名称、作者姓名、作品图片、媒介、年份、尺寸、类别、作品说明；如以展览项目申报，还需提供展览主题、项目简介、拟参展作品清单和策展说明。可同时提交中英文资料。
三、图片要求
图片应清晰、无水印，能够准确呈现作品。请保留原始文件，并确认拥有相应的展示与传播授权。
四、资料审核
展览中心将从内容完整性、图像质量、主题匹配和公开展示条件等方面进行核对。通过核对的资料将按展览项目统一编排，不完整资料会联系补充。
五、提交方式
请将资料发送至 contact@bcaas.org.cn，邮件主题注明“线上展览资料+姓名/项目名称”。首轮资料整理截止时间为2026年8月20日。

To continue developing the exhibition archive, artist directory, and participating artwork collection of the BCAAS Online Exhibition Center, artwork and project materials are now being accepted from practices aligned with the Society's focus on culture, arts, sports imagery, arts education, and interdisciplinary work.
I. Areas
Painting, fiber, ceramics, moving image, photography, installation, public art, sports culture documentation, arts education projects, and other interdisciplinary practices with clear creative and research value.
II. Materials
Artwork title, artist name, images, medium, year, dimensions, category, and statement. Exhibition proposals should also include the theme, project summary, proposed artwork list, and curatorial note. Chinese and English materials may be submitted together.
III. Image Requirements
Images should be clear, free of watermarks, and accurately represent the work. Please retain the original files and confirm that you hold the required authorization for presentation and communication.
IV. Review
The Exhibition Center will check completeness, image quality, thematic relevance, and conditions for public display. Confirmed materials will be organized within an exhibition project; incomplete submissions will be returned for supplementation.
V. Submission
Please send materials to contact@bcaas.org.cn with the subject “Online Exhibition Materials + Name/Project.” The first-round documentation deadline is August 20, 2026.
