"博雅杯"文体艺术卓越成就评选是博雅（香港）文体艺术学会主办的年度旗舰评选活动，自2020年首届举办以来，已发展成为文化艺术与体育领域具有广泛影响力和高度公信力的专业奖项。The "Boya Cup" Outstanding Achievements in Culture, Athletics and Arts is an annual flagship selection event hosted by the Boya (HongKong) Culture, Athletics & Arts Society. Since its first launch in 2020, it has developed into a professional award with widespread influence and high credibility in the fields of culture, arts, and athletics.
"博雅杯"评选由博雅杯评选组委会独立运作，秉承"公平、公正、公开"的评审原则，面向全球华人文化艺术和体育领域的研究者、教育者、创作者和从业者，表彰在各自领域做出卓越贡献的杰出人士。The "Boya Cup" selection is independently operated by the Boya Cup Selection Organizing Committee, adhering to the review principles of "fairness, impartiality and openness". It is open to researchers, educators, creators and practitioners in the fields of Chinese culture, arts, and athletics around the world, and commends outstanding individuals who have made outstanding contributions in their respective fields.
经过六届评选的积累，"博雅杯"已逐步建立起一套成熟的评审体系和评选标准。每年的评选都会吸引来自亚太地区乃至全球各地的优秀从业者参与申报，申报材料数量从首届的不足100份增长到近年的超过380份，充分体现了"博雅杯"在业界日益增长的影响力和认可度。After six rounds of evaluation, the "Boya Cup" has gradually established a mature evaluation system and selection criteria. Each year's selection attracts outstanding practitioners from the Asia-Pacific region and even around the world to participate in the application. The number of application materials has increased from less than 100 in the first session to more than 380 in recent years, which fully reflects the growing influence and recognition of the "Boya Cup" in the industry.

"博雅杯"评选为年度评选，每年按以下时间节点开展：The "Boya Cup" selection is an annual selection and is carried out every year according to the following time points:

"博雅杯"评选实行三级评审制度，确保评审过程的专业性、公正性和透明度：The "Boya Cup" selection implements a three-level review system to ensure the professionalism, fairness and transparency of the review process:
评选组委会秘书处对全部申报材料进行资格审查，核实申报人的身份信息、学历资质、从业经历和成果材料的真实性和完整性。不符合条件的申报材料在此阶段淘汰。The Secretariat of the Selection Organizing Committee will conduct a qualification review of all application materials to verify the authenticity and completeness of the applicant’s identity information, academic qualifications, work experience and achievement materials. Application materials that do not meet the conditions will be eliminated at this stage.
通过初审的申报材料进入专家评审环节。评选组委会根据申报人所属领域，指定不少于三名相关领域的专家进行独立匿名评审。专家依据各奖项类别的评审维度进行打分，评分采用百分制。Application materials that pass the preliminary review will enter the expert review stage. The selection committee will designate no less than three experts in relevant fields based on the applicant's field to conduct independent and anonymous reviews. Experts score based on the evaluation dimensions of each award category, and the scores are scored using a hundred-point system.
评选组委会根据专家评审的综合得分，按照各奖项类别分别排序，确定终审候选人名单。评选组委会全体成员对候选人进行无记名投票，得票数超过全体委员半数者获评。The selection committee will determine the final list of candidates based on the comprehensive scores of expert reviews and sorting by each award category. All members of the selection committee will conduct a secret ballot on the candidates, and those who receive more than half of the votes of all members will be selected.
评审过程严格执行回避制度。评选组委会成员和评审专家如与申报人存在利益关系（包括但不限于师生关系、亲属关系、商业合作关系、同一机构同事关系），须主动申报并回避该申报人的全部评审环节。The review process strictly implements the avoidance system. If members of the selection committee and evaluation experts have an interest relationship with the applicant (including but not limited to teacher-student relationship, kinship relationship, business partnership, colleague relationship in the same institution), they must actively declare and avoid all evaluation links of the applicant.
获奖名单在公布前须经不少于七个工作日的公示期。公示期间，任何单位和个人均可对获奖人选提出书面异议。评选组委会在收到异议后十个工作日内完成调查并回复。The list of winners must be publicized for no less than seven working days before being announced. During the public announcement period, any unit or individual may raise written objections to the winner. The selection committee will complete the investigation and respond within ten working days after receiving the objection.
