文化艺术与体育领域的持续繁荣，离不开青年一代的创新力量。博雅（香港）文体艺术学会深刻认识到，青年从业者在职业发展初期往往面临学术资源匮乏、成长路径模糊、成果展示平台有限等现实困境。为此，学会于2022年6月正式启动"新锐艺术家扶持计划"，面向35岁以下的青年文体艺术从业者提供系统性的专项支持。The continued vitality of culture, athletics, and the arts depends on the creative energy of younger generations. BCAAS recognizes that early-career practitioners often face limited academic resources, unclear development paths, and insufficient platforms for presenting their work. In response, BCAAS launched the Emerging Artist Support Program in June 2022 to provide systematic support for practitioners under the age of 35.
该计划是博雅学会践行"融通"理念的重要举措之一。我们不仅致力于学术研究和成果评价，更关注人才的培育和成长。通过新锐艺术家扶持计划，我们希望为有潜力的青年从业者提供一个加速成长的平台——帮助他们获得学术资源、拓展专业人脉、展示研究成果、对接行业机会。The program is one of BCAAS's key initiatives for putting its idea of integration into practice. Beyond academic research and achievement evaluation, BCAAS also focuses on talent cultivation and long-term growth. Through the Emerging Artist Support Program, we aim to provide promising young practitioners with an accelerated growth platform, helping them access academic resources, expand professional networks, present research outcomes, and connect with industry opportunities.

五大专项支持，助力青年从业者加速成长Five special supports to help young practitioners accelerate their growth
入选扶持计划的青年从业者，在博雅艺体创研中心的年度课题申报中享有优先立项权。创研中心每年预留不少于三个一般课题名额专供扶持计划入选者申报，确保青年研究者获得课题立项的实质性支持。Young practitioners selected into the support program will enjoy priority in project application in the annual project application of the Boya Art and Sports Research Center. The Innovation Research Center reserves no less than three general project quotas every year for the support program candidates to apply, ensuring that young researchers receive substantial support for project establishment.
同时，扶持计划入选者在申报重点课题时，可获得额外的学术指导和申报辅导服务，提升申报成功率。At the same time, those selected for the support plan can receive additional academic guidance and application counseling services when applying for key topics to improve the success rate of application.
扶持计划为每位入选者配对一位专家顾问委员会成员作为学术导师。导师将根据入选者的研究方向和发展需求，提供为期一年的一对一学术指导，包括：The support program pairs each selected candidate with an expert advisory board member as an academic mentor. The mentor will provide one-on-one academic guidance for one year based on the research direction and development needs of the selected candidates, including:
导师配对遵循"方向匹配、双向选择"的原则，确保指导关系的有效性和针对性。Mentor matching follows the principle of "direction matching and two-way selection" to ensure the effectiveness and pertinence of the mentoring relationship.
入选者的研究成果和创作作品，将获得学会的优先推荐和展示机会：The research results and creative works of the selected candidates will receive priority recommendation and display opportunities from the society:
扶持计划入选者将获得参与各类学术交流活动的优先机会：Those selected for the support plan will have priority opportunities to participate in various academic exchange activities:
扶持计划入选者在参加"博雅杯"青年新锐奖评选时，享有优先推荐资格。同时，在扶持期间表现优异的入选者，可由导师直接向评选组委会推荐。Those selected for the support plan will enjoy priority recommendation qualifications when participating in the selection of the "Boya Cup" Youth Emerging Award. At the same time, candidates with outstanding performance during the support period can be recommended directly to the selection committee by their mentors.
面向博雅学会会员和非会员均可申请Open to both BCAAS members and non-members.
本计划面向博雅学会会员和非会员均可申请。非会员入选后如有意加入学会，可同时申请预备会员或正式会员资格（满足条件者）。This program is open to both BCAAS members and non-members. If non-members are interested in joining the society after being selected, they can apply for associate membership or full membership (those who meet the conditions) at the same time.
每年3月至5月公开征集申请Applications are solicited from March to May every year
秘书处对申请材料进行资格审查The Secretariat conducts qualification review of application materials
学术委员会组织评审，综合评估申请者的已有成果和发展潜力The academic committee organizes reviews to comprehensively evaluate the applicants’ existing achievements and development potential.
