2025年3月12日，博雅（香港）文体艺术学会与新加坡文化艺术委员会在新加坡正式签署合作备忘录，标志着双方在文化艺术与体育学术领域的合作进入了制度化、系统化的新阶段。
合作背景与缘起
博雅学会与新加坡文化艺术界的交流合作由来已久。早在2021年，学会即在新加坡设立了联络处。此次签署合作备忘录，是对过去几年良好合作基础的正式确认和进一步深化。
合作内容框架
合作将围绕五个方面展开：学术交流与会议合作、课题研究合作、人才培养与交流、信息与资源共享、成果推广与展示。

签约仪式在新加坡国家美术馆举行。来自新加坡文化艺术界、教育界和体育界的近五十位嘉宾出席了签约仪式。
未来展望
此前，博雅学会已与马来西亚艺术文化协会、日本文化交流基金会和韩国体育文化研究会签署了类似的合作协议。随着合作网络的不断扩大，学会正在逐步构建一个覆盖亚太主要国家和地区的文化艺术学术交流平台。
On March 12, 2025, Boya (HongKong) Culture, Athletics & Arts Society and the Singapore Cultural Arts Committee formally signed a memorandum of cooperation in Singapore, marking a new institutionalized and systematic stage of cooperation between the two parties in the fields of culture, arts, and sports scholarship.
BCAAS has long maintained exchange and cooperation with Singapore's cultural and arts community. As early as 2021, the Society established a liaison office in Singapore. The signing of this memorandum of cooperation is a formal confirmation and further deepening of the sound cooperative foundation built over the past several years.
The cooperation will cover five areas: academic exchange and conference collaboration, joint research projects, talent training and exchange, information and resource sharing, and promotion and presentation of achievements.
The signing ceremony was held at the National Gallery Singapore. Nearly 50 guests from Singapore's cultural arts, education, and sports communities attended the ceremony.
BCAAS has previously signed similar cooperation agreements with the Malaysian Arts and Culture Association, the Japan Cultural Exchange Foundation, and the Korea Sports Culture Research Association. As its cooperation network continues to expand, the Society is gradually building an academic exchange platform for culture and arts covering major countries and regions in Asia-Pacific.
