新加坡联络处的主要职能包括：
- 协调本会与东南亚地区文化艺术机构和高等院校的学术合作
- 为东南亚地区会员提供本地化事务服务
- 推荐该地区优秀人才参与本会各项活动和评选
- 策划区域性的学术交流活动

To deepen cooperation and exchange with cultural arts and sports academic institutions in Southeast Asia and better serve the Society's members in the region, the Council has decided to establish the Singapore Liaison Office of Boya (HongKong) Culture, Athletics & Arts Society.
The main functions of the Singapore Liaison Office include:
- Coordinating academic cooperation between the Society and cultural arts institutions and universities in Southeast Asia
- Providing localized affairs services for members in Southeast Asia
- Recommending outstanding talent from the region to participate in the Society's activities and selections
- Planning regional academic exchange activities
