为进一步提升本会的学术水平和行业影响力，经会务委员会研究决定，成立博雅（香港）文体艺术学会专家顾问委员会。
专家顾问委员会是本会独立运作的高端智库平台，负责为学会的学术方向、人才培养和行业发展提供高水平的智力支持。委员会设高级顾问、研究员和特聘专家三类专家职务，聘期三年，可续聘。
首批12位行业资深专家已受聘为高级顾问和研究员。现面向海内外公开招募研究员和特聘专家，欢迎符合条件的学者和实践型专家踊跃申请。
研究员申请条件：具有博士学位或副高及以上职称，在相关领域有五年以上研究或教学经历。
特聘专家申请条件：在特定领域具有十年以上从业经验，具有显著的行业影响力和实践成就。

To further enhance the Society's academic level and industry influence, the Council has decided to establish the Expert Advisory Committee of Boya (HongKong) Culture, Athletics & Arts Society.
The Expert Advisory Committee is an independently operated high-level think tank platform of the Society. It is responsible for providing high-level intellectual support for the Society's academic direction, talent development, and industry advancement. The Committee has three types of expert positions: Senior Advisor, Researcher, and Distinguished Expert. The term of appointment is three years and may be renewed.
The first group of 12 senior industry experts has been appointed as Senior Advisors and Researchers. The Society is now publicly recruiting Researchers and Distinguished Experts from China and abroad, and welcomes qualified scholars and practice-oriented experts to apply.
Researcher application requirements: Applicants should hold a doctoral degree or an associate senior or higher professional title, and have more than five years of research or teaching experience in a relevant field.
Distinguished Expert application requirements: Applicants should have more than ten years of professional experience in a specific field, with significant industry influence and practical achievements.
