唐沐遥将舞蹈、运动训练和影像语言结合，关注身体在跳跃、转向、失衡和恢复之间形成的叙事结构。Tang Muyao combines dance, athletic training, and moving-image language, focusing on narratives formed through jumping, turning, imbalance, and recovery.

艺术家陈述Artist Statement

动作不是姿态的集合，而是一套持续变化的语法。我把镜头当作记录工具，也把它当作参与身体书写的另一只手。Movement is not a collection of poses, but a changing grammar. I use the camera as both a recording tool and another hand in bodily writing.
