近日，在刚成立不久的广西“文艺两新”实践基地，来自不同领域的“文艺两新”人士就筹备成立广西“文艺两新”发展促进会进行座谈交流，共同展望这支文艺队伍的发展前景。此次座谈标志着广西在推动“文艺两新”工作高质量发展上迈出新步伐，旨在进一步激发活力、凝聚力量。
“文艺两新”是新文艺组织和新文艺群体的简称。新文艺组织主要包括民营文化工作室、民营文化经纪机构、网络文艺社群等民营文艺团体和网络虚拟社群；新文艺群体则指相对于国有文艺院团、艺术馆、高校等机构中从事艺术工作的传统群体而言，以网络作家、签约作家、自由撰稿人、独立制片人、独立演员、歌手、自由美术工作者等为代表的文艺工作者群体。随着文艺事业的繁荣发展，“文艺两新”越来越受到党和政府的关注。
2016年，习近平总书记在中国文联十大、中国作协九大开幕式上指出，要加强联络，延伸工作手臂，加强对新文艺组织、新文艺群体的团结引导，把千千万万文艺从业者、爱好者凝聚起来，不断增强组织吸引力。这一重要论述为广西“文艺两新”工作持续深化提供了根本遵循。广西文联近年来按照这一要求，积极延伸工作手臂，推动团结引导工作落地见效。
近年来，随着传播形式的极大丰富和剧烈变革，文化艺术领域涌现出一大批自由工作者，他们凭借出色的艺术造诣、敏锐的市场洞察力以及灵活的传播策略迅速走向“前台”，拥有了自己的庞大粉丝群。广西“文艺两新”也取得令人瞩目的成绩：一批实力雄厚的大型文化企业不断开拓市场，探索产业发展新路径；一批自由创作者在全国性专业评奖中屡获佳绩。
在庆祝新中国成立70周年、纪念湘江战役85周年、决战脱贫攻坚、庆祝中国共产党成立100周年、文艺战“疫”等重大主题创作中，广西“文艺两新”群体创作了大量优秀作品，发挥了越来越重要的作用。这些作品在传播中引发热烈反响，进一步彰显了广西文艺创作的多元活力。无论是大型主题创作还是日常文艺生产，新文艺群体都展现出与传统文艺队伍互补共进的态势，为广西文艺版图增添了新的色彩。
独立性是“文艺两新”群体的重要标签。在完全依赖市场选择的生存环境下，他们不拘泥于传统的文艺生产形态和生产流程，表现出更加灵活、更注重受众需求、更具个性色彩的创作制作方式。青年音乐人马辛意给他的音乐工作室取名为“意境”，工作室的另外两位伙伴和他一样也是独立音乐人，他们在音乐理念上的默契和艺术追求上的共振，使合作迸发出更多灵感火花。近年来，意境工作室创作的诸多“爆款”作品屡屡破圈，《呢喃歌谣》《山歌美景醉天下》《嘹啰迎客歌》《嘹啰送客歌》等作品不仅有着浓郁的广西民族风情，更与流行元素巧妙融合，受到广泛欢迎。
广西文联副主席牙韩彰表示，在南国壮乡，“文艺两新”工作高质量发展不断深化，“文艺两新”助力讲好广西故事、讲好中国故事，发出时代声音，更多更好地满足各族人民群众精神文化需求。随着广西“文艺两新”发展促进会筹备工作的推进，这支充满活力的文艺力量有望进一步凝聚，为广西文艺事业繁荣发展注入新动能。

This important statement provides fundamental guidance for the continuous deepening of Guangxi's work on “new literary and art organizations and groups.” In recent years, following this requirement, the Guangxi Federation of Literary and Art Circles has actively extended its working arm and promoted the implementation of unity and guidance work.
In recent years, with the tremendous enrichment and drastic changes in communication forms, a large number of freelance workers have emerged in the cultural and artistic fields. With outstanding artistic attainments, keen market insights, and flexible communication strategies, they have quickly moved to the “front stage” and gained their own large fan bases. Guangxi's “new literary and art organizations and groups” have also achieved remarkable results: a number of large cultural enterprises with strong capabilities have continuously expanded markets and explored new paths for industrial development; a number of freelance creators have repeatedly won awards in national professional competitions.
In major thematic creations such as celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, commemorating the 85th anniversary of the Xiangjiang Campaign, the decisive battle against poverty, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and the literary and artistic “fight against the epidemic,” Guangxi's “new literary and art organizations and groups” have created a large number of excellent works and played an increasingly important role. These works have aroused enthusiastic responses in dissemination, further demonstrating the diverse vitality of Guangxi's literary and artistic creation. Whether in large-scale thematic creation or daily literary and artistic production, new literary and art groups have shown a complementary and progressive trend with traditional literary and art teams, adding new colors to Guangxi's literary and artistic landscape.
Independence is an important label of the “new literary and art organizations and groups.” In a living environment completely dependent on market choices, they are not constrained by traditional literary and artistic production forms and processes, showing more flexible, audience-oriented, and personalized creative and production methods. Young musician Ma Xinyi named his music studio “Yijing” (Artistic Conception). The other two partners in the studio are also independent musicians like him. Their tacit understanding in musical concepts and resonance in artistic pursuits have sparked more inspiration in their collaboration. In recent years, many “viral” works created by Yijing Studio have repeatedly broken through circles. Works such as “Ninan Ballad,” “Mountain Songs and Beautiful Scenery Intoxicate the World,” “Liaoluo Welcoming Song,” and “Liaoluo Farewell Song” not only have strong Guangxi ethnic customs but are also skillfully integrated with popular elements, and are widely welcomed.
Ya Hanzhang, Vice Chairman of the Guangxi Federation of Literary and Art Circles, said that in the southern Zhuang homeland, the high-quality development of “new literary and art organizations and groups” continues to deepen. They help tell Guangxi's story and China's story well, voice the sounds of the times, and better meet the spiritual and cultural needs of people of all ethnic groups.
