博雅艺体创研中心近期启动文体融合课题资料整理工作，对现有课题的申报材料、研究计划、阶段记录、成果文本和评议意见进行统一核对。此次整理旨在减少资料分散和版本不一致问题，为后续成果发布与研究复盘建立可靠基础。
按研究过程建立档案结构
每项课题将依次整理立项信息、研究成员、时间安排、方法说明、阶段成果、成果评议和公开版本。涉及影像、展览、课程或体育实践的项目，还将补充图片授权、活动记录和使用范围说明。
区分内部材料与公开成果
评审意见、个人信息和未完成稿件按内部资料管理；经确认的研究摘要、成果报告、展览记录和教育案例可进入官网展示。明确公开边界可以保护研究过程，同时提升成果传播的准确性。
服务后续评议与转化
结构化档案将用于课题结项、专家评议、成果展示和专题内容编发。对于具有持续研究价值的项目，创研中心将保留后续更新入口，记录应用反馈、课程使用和相关交流情况。
本轮整理先从已有课题和阶段成果开始，后续新立项项目将按同一标准同步建档，使研究管理与成果公开形成稳定衔接。
The BCAAS Creative Research Center has begun organizing documentation for its culture-athletics integration projects. Application materials, research plans, interim records, outcome texts, and review comments are being checked under a unified structure. The work addresses scattered files and inconsistent versions and creates a reliable basis for future publication and review.
Archiving the Full Research Process
Each project record will include approval information, participants, schedule, methodology, interim outcomes, review results, and a public version. Projects involving imagery, exhibitions, courses, or sports practice will also include image authorization, activity records, and conditions of use.
Separating Internal Materials from Public Outcomes
Review comments, personal information, and unfinished drafts remain internal. Confirmed research summaries, outcome reports, exhibition records, and education cases may be presented on the official website. Clear publication boundaries protect the research process while improving accuracy in communication.
Supporting Review and Application
Structured records will support project completion, expert review, outcome presentation, and feature publication. Projects with continuing research value will retain update paths for application feedback, course use, and related exchange.
The current round begins with existing projects and phased outcomes. Future approved projects will be archived under the same standard so that research management and public presentation remain consistently connected.
