博雅艺体创研中心自2026年5月起启动阶段性成果资料归档工作，对现有课题及相关研究项目的过程材料进行统一整理。
一、归档范围
立项信息、研究计划、成员分工、阶段记录、调研材料、成果文本、图像与活动资料、专家评议意见及经确认可公开的成果摘要。
二、资料分类
归档资料分为内部研究材料和公开成果材料。涉及个人信息、未完成稿件、内部评审和授权限制的内容不对外展示。
三、整理要求
课题参与者应核对文件版本、时间、作者和授权信息，避免重复提交或缺少必要说明。图片和附件需使用清晰文件名，并与成果文本建立对应关系。
四、后续使用
归档资料将用于课题结项、成果评议、官网展示、专题编发和研究复盘。未经确认的内部材料不会直接用于公开传播。

Beginning in May 2026, the BCAAS Creative Research Center is organizing interim outcome records for existing research projects and related initiatives.
I. Scope
Project approval information, research plans, participant roles, interim records, field materials, outcome texts, images and activity materials, expert review comments, and confirmed public summaries.
II. Classification
Records are divided into internal research materials and public outcome materials. Personal information, unfinished drafts, internal reviews, and materials with authorization restrictions will not be displayed publicly.
III. Requirements
Participants should verify file versions, dates, authorship, and authorization information and avoid duplicate submission or missing explanations. Images and attachments should use clear file names and correspond to the relevant outcome text.
IV. Later Use
Archived records will support project completion, outcome review, website presentation, feature publication, and research reflection. Unconfirmed internal materials will not be used directly in public communication.
The Creative Research Center will send detailed submission lists to the relevant project contacts. Questions may be directed to contact@bcaas.org.cn.
